We didn’t just raise Yellow from a pup; we raised her parents from pups as well! Yellow was born right here at our home on Saint Patrick’s Day of 2004. She has grown up to be an incredible dog, and truly displays exactly what we’re looking for in our Labs. As our best retriever, if we’re going duck hunting, then there’s a good chance Yellow is going with us. She’s also racked up quite a few awards over the years!

She was also shown by Lacey in 4-H dog, and won the following awards:

2007:  Reserve Champion Obedience dog (3rd year & over)
2007: Grand Champion Agility dog (3rd year & over)
As a testament to her willingness to work for anyone, Yellow was used as the dog at the Small Animal Round Robin in 2007 (meaning she was shown in the Round Robin competition by all of the the small animal Grand Champion Showmen, of which there are four). She won Reserve Champion with Lacey, however.

Yellow is truly what we consider to be the “perfect Lab”, and passes that along to her pups!
